组合式锻压五孔氧枪喷头在210t转炉上的应用

首钢第二炼钢厂为改善氧枪使用效果，采用了新型组合式锻压五孔氧枪喷头，与原有铸造四孔头相比，化渣改善、喷溅小、喷头耐用性和抗变形能力大幅度提高，现枪龄平均达到８３０炉。本文论述了组合式喷头的机械结构特征、喷头气体力学参数及供氧操作条件，并介绍了该厂喷头使用寿命的实际状况。

Application of Combined Forged Five-hole on 210t BOF

In order to improve the utilization effect of lance, No. 2 steelmaking plantof Capital Iron &. Steel Corporation adopted a new type of combined forged 5-hole lancetip. Compared with original cast 4-hole lance-tip, it improves slagging, reduces splashlug,largely raises the durability and anti-deformation and increases the average lance-tiplife up to 830 heats. This paper not only discusses the mechanical structure characteristic,lance-tip pneumatics parameter and oxygen-supply operation condition of above cornbined forged 5-hole lance-tip but also introduces the lance head life' s actual situation inthe plant.
