小井眼MFE测试技术在大庆油田的应用

摘    要:为解决 114.3mm小井眼完井测试问题 ,研制出了 79mm MFE常规和跨隔测试工具。设计的多流测试器自带独特的取样机构以及剪销封隔器自带大旁通结构 ,使小井眼测试工具系列具有了独特和完善的性能 ,同时还设计了具有减震功能的电子压力计托筒和具有独特防堵功能的 2 0 0 - J压力计托筒。 79mm测试工具经在大庆油田推广应用 ,测试成功率 10 0 % ,具有一定的发展前景

Abstract:To solve the problem of completion test of 114. 3mm slimhole , 79mm conventional and straddle MFE test toolshave been developed to realize packer set and opening and close-in of tester valve in the test process. Throughdesign,MFE has its own unique sampling device,shear pin packer has a built-in large bypass,making slimholetesting tool serie with unique and perfect properties. At the same time,an electronic gauge carrier with functionof shock absorbing and a 200-J recorder carrier with a special plugging proof device were also designed. Since79mm test tool was popularized in Daqing Oilfield,test success rate has kept 100%, so the technique will havecertain prospect of development.
