摘    要:提出了一种三极管和场效应管混合驱动方式的音频开关功率放大器的设计方法,这种放大器采用通用的PWM发生器芯片TL494,后级功率驱动采用三极管和场效应管混合驱动方式,能自动形成死区时间,可工作在24~100 V电压范围,具有电路简单、工作稳定、性价比高的特点,因此可广泛应用在频响要求低于10 kHz的工业用报警器产品中.

Abstract:We presents a design method of switching power amplifier based on transistor and FET composite driving.The amplifier adopts general PWM generator chip TL494,its backward stage power driving uses the transistor and FET composite.It forms dead time automatically and work in the voltage range of 24 V to 100 V,with the characteristic of circuit simpleness,steady working state and high cost performance.Thus,it can be widely used in industry alarm products,which requires a frequency below 10 kHz.
