响应面法微波预处理稻草秸秆产还原性糖的优化研究

摘    要:利用响应面法对微波预处理稻草秸秆进行了条件优化,并对诸因素影响的显著性进行分析。结果表明:微波功率和微波加热时间的交互影响较为明显,各因素影响的显著性依次为微波功率和微波加热时间的交互作用〉液固比〉微波加热时间〉微波功率。最佳优化条件为液固比29:1、微波加热时间5min、微波功率320W,此时还原糖浓度为360.5μg/mL,为研究结果中最高,该结果与只经机械粉碎时的237.4μg/mL相比其还原糖浓度提高了51.8%。

Abstract:Process conditions of microwave pretreatment office straw on reducing sugar were firstly optimized by response surface method and significance of impact factors was analyzed. The results showed that the interaction between microwave power and heating time is the most significant, and the order of other factors was the ratios of liquid and solid〉microwave power〉microwave heating time. And the optimum conditions are: ratio of liquid and solid 29:1, heating time 5min, microwave power 320W and concentration of reducing sugar is 360.5μg/ml, which is up to 51.8% higher than that of only with mechanical crushing pretreatment.
