江汉油田生产用烟煤的检测管理现状及改进措施

采制样作业环节的严格管理为烟煤检测的结果的可靠性和科学性提供了保障,但也存在四个方面的问题:一是采样操作的随意性;二是国标理解的片面性;三是制样细节的简化性;四是制样程度的紊乱性。针对这些问题,提出解决对策:在管理方面按照新标准严格考核检测员的日常操作,注重提升员工素质;在采样管理方面推行机械化采样,合理分配采样单元和总样;在制样管理方面用好堆锥四分法,加强存查煤样的管理。

On Management in Testing Bitumite Used in Jianghan Oilfield Production and Its Improvement Approaches

Taking a strict control over sampling process guarantees the reliability and scientificity of the result obtained from bitumite testing.However,there are four problems in practice containing random of sampling operation,one-sidedness of understanding on national standard,simplicity of spot check and disorder of sample preparation.Accordingly,the author proposes some improvement approaches: firstly,strictly assessing the surveyors in their daily work according to new management standards and focusing on promoting staff quality;secondly,bringing mechanization to sampling in sampling management and rationally distributing sampling unit and gross sample;and lastly,making full use of coning and quartering in sampling preparation management and strengthening the control over the coal sample for future reference.
