氧化铟抗菌性能研究

摘    要:试验以氧化铟粉体作为抗菌剂,选用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作为实验菌种,采用抑菌圈法、最低抑菌浓度法、最低杀菌浓度法对氧化铟的抗菌性能进行定性和定量研究.抑菌圈实验结果表明氧化铟具有良好的抗菌性能.最低抑菌浓度实验结果表明:氧化铟对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌质量浓度均为40 mg/L.最低杀菌浓度结果表明:氧化铟对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低杀菌质量浓度分别为250 mg/L、200 mg/L,当达到此质量浓度时,灭菌率均可达到99.9%以上.

Abstract:To study the antibacterial properties of indium oxide,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were taken as the test organisms.The antibacterial properties of indium oxide were checked by the methods of inhibition zone,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration.The results were shown that indium oxide had good antibacterial property,and the MICs of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were both 40 mg/L.The minimal bactericidal concentration to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 250 mg/L and 200 mg/L,respectively The sterilization ratio of this level reached to 99.9 %.
