稀土元素对镍及镍钴合金镀层性能的影响

摘    要:以普通镀镍液为基础,研究了不同的稀土添加量对镍及镍钴合金镀层性能的影响。对镀层进行了硬度测试,孔隙率测试及扫描电子显微镜分析,比较了稀土和硫酸钴改善镍镀层性能的能力。试验结果表明,1.0g/L稀土元素可以大大改善镍及镍钴合金镀层的性能,使镀层结晶细化,结构紧密。

Abstract:The effect of different amount of rare earth additives on nickel and nickel|cobalt electrodeposits was studied in a typical nickel electroplating solution. Hardness test, porosity test and scanning electron microscope analysis were carried out to compare the improvement of rare earth and cobalt sulphate to nickel electrodeposits. Experimental results indicated that rare earth could improve the performance of nickel and nickel|cobalt electrodeposits greatly.
