涤纶有光异形全拉伸丝工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍在切片纺FDY生产线上开发55dtex有光三叶异形全拉伸丝。预结晶温度120~150℃,时间20min,155~170℃下干燥8h,干切片中w(H2O)<30×10-6。增大螺杆1—4区的温度梯度,出口温度296~298℃。冷却风速0.32~0.36m/s,风温20~25℃,调整油轮转速和与丝束的包角控制纺丝张力。纺丝速度4500~4800m/min,热辊拉伸倍数2.50~2.90,第一、二热辊温度为85~90℃、140℃。

Technology discussion on PET fiber bright profiled FDY
Abstract:The development condition of 55 dtex bright trilobal profiled FDY on chip spinning FDY production line is introduced.The precrystallization temperature is 120~150 ℃,the precrystallization time is 20 min,the mass fraction of water in dry chip is less than 30×10-6 when drying out for 8h at the temperature of 155~170 ℃.The temperature gradient of 1-4 zone of screw extruder is increased,the exit temperature is 296~298 ℃,the cooling speed is 0.32~0.36 m/s,the wind temperature is 20~25 ℃,the wrapping angle between the rotation speed of oiling roller and tow line is adjusted to control the spinning tension.The spinning speed is 4 500~4 800 m/min,the stretching ratio of hot roller respectively is 2.50~2.90,the temperature of the first and second hot roller is 85~90 ℃ and 140 ℃.
