摘    要:油层套管开窗侧钻是老油田盘活报废井、提高采收率的重要手段。为加快开窗施工速度、保证固井质量,国内研究侧重于开窗工具的改进及小间隙井固井工艺的完善。开窗工具以研究铰式复合铣锥、卡瓦液压锚定式斜向器为主,采用扩径增大环空间隙和优化水泥浆性能来提高封固质量。推广一体化开窗工具,实现一趟钻完成封堵、定向、开窗、修窗和近距离钻进;完善小井眼钻井配套技术提高井眼轨迹控制水平;开发适合于微间隙的新型水泥浆体系如纤维水泥浆、韧性水泥浆体系,以此来提高小间隙井封固质量。针对?139.7 mm套管开窗侧钻技术现状,提出了解决小井眼固井质量的途径,指出了套管开窗技术发展方向,并给出了建议。

Abstract:Casing side tracking is a very important measure to save the abandoned well and improve the recovery efficient.At present,in order to improve the speed of side tracking and ensure the well cementing quality,the domestic research emphasize particularly on the amelioration of tools and the well cementing technology of closely-spaced wells.For the tool of side tracking,mainly used articulated composite milling wimble,slip hydraulic anchoring finder,enlarge the well diameter,augment the annular clearance,and optimize the slurry’s property to improve the well cementing quality.Nowadays,casing side tracking technology is very popular,spread the integrative side tracking tools,accomplish blocking,orientation,open a side hole,amend the hole and drilling in a close quarters once.Consummate the complete slim hole drilling technology,improve the skill to control the well track,develop the new type slurry system for micro clearance such as fibre slurry,ductile slurry system to improve the well cementing quality of closely-spaced wells.This is the problem need to solve right now,so that we can make breakthrough in speed,safety,and efficiency,increase the general benefit,which is advantageous for the holistic development of the oil field.
