刘家沟水库帷幕灌浆试验施工和资料分析

帷幕灌浆试验是灌浆工程实施前的必须环节,是验证设计参数及施工方法在本地区地质条件下是否达到预期的效果.刘家沟水库帷幕灌浆试验采用"孔口封闭灌浆法"的施工工艺流程,通过充分应用试验中取得的原始灌浆资料和统计成果,对各次序孔灌前透水率和单位注入量及其两者的相关联系、灌浆孔距与单位注入量的变化情况以及灌后检查情况进行了多方位、多角度地分析和探讨.试验结果表明:灌浆试验工艺流程与地质条件相符合,灌浆参数经过修正可直接用于生产施工.此外,还为"孔口封闭灌浆法"在中低压、砂岩地区帷幕灌浆中的应用提供了实例.

The construction and information analysis of Liujiagou reservoir curtain grouting test

Curtain grouting test is a tache before the implementation of the project must be part of the verification method of design parameters and construction of geological conditions in the region and whether achieve the desired results.Liujiagou Reservoir curtain grouting test using "orifice closed grouting method" construction process,testing more successful.In this paper,the analysis and research in multi-directional and multi-angle after full application of the rich original grouting information and statistical results in many ways,such as the relations of the sequence of holes grouting and unit injection quantity and water penetration quotiety before grouting and unit injection quantity,the changing circumstances of grouting holes distance to unit injection quantity and inspection after grouting.Test results show that the grouting test process must consist with the geological conditions,modified grouting parameters can be directly used in constructing.In addition,as an application example for "orifice closed grouting method" is provided in circumstances of low pressure,sandstone curtain grouting.
