氮肥生产能量系统优化项目实施总结

摘    要:介绍了氮肥生产能量系统优化项目工程的主要内容,包括变换流程由中串低改为全低变、利用低位能余热、采用蒸发式冷凝器代替冷却排管冷凝器、采用高效分离内件、脱碳系统增设能量回收装置、用水力喷射器代替蒸汽喷射器、采用高效蒸发式氨冷器、尿素系统增设预分离器和主要机泵增设变频装置、氨合成循环机改用透平循环机、改用次高压循环流化床锅炉并配备背压发电机组等措施,并对改造项目的节能量进行了核算分析。项目投用后,节能效果明显,达到了预期目的,吨合成氨总能耗(折标煤)由1.84t降至1.60t。

Abstract:An introduction is given to the main content of the projects for the optimization of the energy system in nitrogenous fertilizer production, including the change from the combination of high- and low-pressure shift conversion to all low-pressure shift, the utilization of low-level waste heat, the replacement of the cooling pipe condenser with the evaporative condenser, the adoption of high-effl- ciency separation intemals, the addition of an energy recovery unit to the C02 removal system, the re- placement of the steam ejector with the hydraulic ejector, the adoption of the high-efficiency evaporative ammonia cooler, the addition of a pre-separator to the urea system and of a frequency converter to the main pump, the change to the turbine circulator in ammonia synthesis, the change to the sub-high- pressure recirculating fluid-bed boiler, and the provision of the back-pressure generator set. A check analysis is made of the energy saved in the reform project. After the use of the project, the results of energy-saving are marked, and the expected target is attained, with the total energy consumption (as standard coal) per ton of ammonia dropping from 1.84 t to 1.60 t.
