摘    要:以唐山铁尾砂为研究对象,针对铁尾砂活性差、利用率低的特点,将铁尾砂采用复合热活化处理,并运用XRD、SEM、IR、TG-DTA等现代分析测试手段,研究了在热处理过程中铁尾砂的物理力学性能、矿物组成和微观结构以及状态的变化。结果表明,热处理后的铁尾砂复合体系表现出了良好的胶凝性能。热处理对铁尾砂的活性有积极的影响,这为铁尾砂大规模资源化利用开辟了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Iron ore tailing of Tangshan is used as principal raw material in this paper. Aimed at the activation and availability badly, by means of XRD, SEM, IR, TG-DTA etc analysis technology, the physical and mechanical properties and the mineral composition and microstructure of iron ore tailing treated by compounded thermal activation were studied. At last, the compounded system heat-treated has well cementitious properties. This study has provided an experimental foundation and theory basic for the massive utilization of iron ore tailings.
