ELF电磁波穿透海底管道最佳频率研究

摘    要:针对海底遥控封堵隔离系统对极低频(ELF)电磁波的要求,采用材料为16Mn、规格为φ406mm×8.7mm的管道以及CD200W硅钢铁心,制作一绕组为180匝、另一绕组为400匝的自感线圈,并利用自制TDA2030低频功率放大电路,进行实验室模拟实验。结果表明,ELF电磁波频率在10~30Hz之间时,能够很好地磁化穿透管道,且在20Hz时感应电动势有最大值,为最佳穿透频率,通过示波器观察,曲线波形较稳定。

Study of optimum frequency for ELF electromagnetic wave in subsea pipeline
Abstract:Considering the requirement of subsea remotely controlled isolation system on ELF electromagnetic wave, the self-induction coils with different circles are made from 16Mn,406×8.7 mm pipeline and 200 W silicon steel CD magnet to simulate the experiment with self-made TDA2030 low frequency power amplification circuit. The conclusion shows that the ELF electromagnetic wave whose frequency is between 10~30 Hz, can pass through the pipeline perfectly, the induced electromotive force has the maximum value of 20 Hz, and the curvilinear wave form is pretty stable by observing with the oscillograph.
