| 摘 要： | 以湖南省两市（长沙市、岳阳市）5所重点中学为对象，通过实地考察和问卷调查、访谈和统计分析等方法，对这种新型体育人才培养模式近10年来的运行进行了实证研究，在分析前期取得的成绩的同时，指出存在的问题，并提出了优化模式的建议。

| Abstract: | Taking five Key schools in Changsha and Yueyang City as example,the paper analyzes the ten-year implementation of the new P.E.talent training mode by ways as questionnaire,field research,interview and statistics.Meanwhile.some weak points are pointed out and proposals are put forward. |
