| 摘 要： | 运动生物力学是研究人体运动力学规律的一门应用性科学。体育教学中运用生物力学知识，对研究动作技术，确立动作技术原理，建立动作技术模式，优化体育教学具有重要作用。本文从实际教学出发，把生物力学知识与田径、球类教学相结合，力图对运动生物力学在体育教学中的运用从方法上起到指导作用。
