| 摘 要： | 本文介绍低地板城市客车车身骨架总成的结构特点及工艺要求,通过对客车车身焊接变形形式进行深入分析,找出影响其焊接质量的原因及解决办法,并从设计、工艺、工装等三个方面提出所应采取的控制措施,对客车车身在焊接过程中产生的变形控制具有指导意义和实用价值。
