| Abstract: | With the increasing number of the computers, the current factitious managing pattern has many obstacles in the management system of the computer library of higher education. In order to manage the computer library more effectively and scientifically, it is necessary to develop a new managing system that will fit our own needs. This paper mainly introduces the high designing tactics, the key technology, the concretely realizing scheme of the computer library management system of the institution of higher education. |
