| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了计算机预算管理系统下计算机预算控制系统的构建问题。文章首先对预算、预算控制以及预算控制系统的概念和内涵作了定义,引出建立计算机预算控制系统的必要性;在此基础上,本文详细阐述了计算机预算控制的原理、系统结构以及系统的特点;最后,作者对于如何构建有效的计算机预算控制系统提出两点自己的看法。

| Abstract: | The construction of computer budget control system under computer budget management system is discussed.The concept and connotation of the budget,budget control and budget control system are presented,then,the necessity of constructing computer budget control system is pointed out.The principle,system structure and characteristics of computer budget control are demonstrated.Some thoughts on how to construct the system are put forward. |
