对产学研的一些认识与思考

产学研是我国高等职业教育乃至世界职业教育的重要特征之一,其实质就是营造一种高等职业教育的“专业环境”,使高等职业教育中“教师所教的,学生所学的与毕业生今后所做的相一致”,以培养学生专业技能和实现充分就业为目标的教育模式。推行产学研结合应正确处理好加强针对性与岗位转换的“适应性”的辩证关系;优先考虑地方经济中的支柱性产业和标志性企业;同时,产学研应因专业制宜,而不能盲目地“赶时髦”。

Thoughts on the Mode of Producing-learning-research

The mode of producing-learning-research is an important character both in China and the world's higher vocational education.Its essence is to create a Professional Environment for training students' specialized skills to realize the target of full employment.To promote this mode,we should efficiently and effectively deal with the following aspects: paying attention to the relationship between the profession oriented-education and job-transforming education,giving priority to the pillar industry of local economy,and making this mode customized and out of rushing into fashion.
