PID模糊控制在烟气加热炉炉温控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对传统PID控制方法在烟气加热炉炉温控制系统中的不足,提出以磨机出口温度作为主控点,使用PID模糊控制的新的控制模式。提出了更为合理的燃气/空气配比模型。实际应用效果证明,烟气加热炉出口温度等参数均控制在安全合理范围内,产品质量提高,系统的稳定性增强。

Abstract:In view of the shortage of traditional PID algorithm applied in Temperature Control System of Gas Furnace,a new system based on Fuzzy-PID is designed,which uses the outlet temperature of mill as a main control point. This paper then puts forward a more reasonable gas/air combustion ratio model. Application result indicate that the system can keep all parameters including the outlet temperature of gas furnace within rational limits and increase the product quality and stability
