绝缘栅双极晶体管脉冲斩波器的设计与应用

摘    要:高频脉冲电流加工及光整加工技术能提高零件的加工精度和表面质量。脉冲斩波器的设计是应用该技术的关键所在。介绍了脉冲电源的构成原理及设计思路,并采用绝缘栅双极晶体管(1GBT)设计制造出高频、大电流脉冲斩波器。用所设计的脉冲电源进行了脉冲电化学光整加工实验,得到了满意的结果。

Abstract:High frequency pulse current machining and fine finishing can improve parts' machining accuracy and surface quality. The technology of pulse chopper's design is one of the keys on it. This paper firstly introduces pulse power supply' principle and designing thought, second, we have designed and manufactured a kind of high frequency and high power pulse chopper which based on Insolated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT). At last, using the pulse power supply, pulse electrochemical finishing experiment had been done. The experiment's results has testified that the pulse power supply is reliable and practical.
