弧形螺旋弹簧弹性特性分析方法研究

摘    要:采用离散化分析方法,推导出弧形螺旋弹簧弹性特性的解析表达式,分析了扭振减振器转速对弧形螺旋弹簧弹性特性的影响,结果表明其刚度是随转速升高而增大的。通过与实验结果对比,验证了理论分析结果,进一步对弧形螺旋弹簧的非线性弹性特性进行了分析,并从工程应用角度进行了简化讨论。

Abstract:Arc spring is the key component for Dual Mass Flywheel-Circumferential Spring(DMF-CS) torsional damper,which has been effectively applied in automotive driveline.However,the analysis and design methods for elastic characteristics of arc springs have not been well established yet.The problem is studied,and a set of analytical formulae are derived through an approach of discretization of arc spring.A numerical result is presented and well correlated with experimental result.The influence of rotation speed of DMF-CS torsional damper to the elastic characteristics is also investigated,and the stiffness increase with the speed is illustrated.In addition,other issues including elastic non-linearity of arc springs and the formula simplification are discussed for applications in engineering.The research is of basic importance to the design of DMF-CS torsional damper.
