激光熔覆涂层缺陷的形成及防治

摘    要:介绍了激光熔覆涂层主要存在的结构缺陷,包括熔覆层稀释过度及形状失真、熔覆层与基体结合不牢、熔覆层存在气孔和微裂纹。着重从结晶学原理方面分析了各种缺陷的产生原因,并提出了相应的解决办法,为今后阻止激光熔覆涂层缺陷的产生指明了方向。

Abstract:The main structure defects of laser cladding coatings were introduced, including enormously diluted, shape distortion, the poor adhesive strength between coating layers, stomas and micro-cracks in the coatings. Emphasized on the analysis of the reasons for various defects from the facet of crystallography, and the relevant methods to reduce defects were put forward. This prevents the defects of laser cladding coatings for us point to clear direction.
