涡旋盘背压成形模具结构分析与研究

摘    要:涡旋盘的挤压成形是接近模具强度极限的精密塑性加工成形,模具工作环境十分恶劣,因而对模具精度、强度、刚度以及寿命有更高的要求.根据涡旋盘产品的形状特点,设计出采用背压成形原理的模具结构,在凹模的外层增加了外层模套,以改善模具的受力状态.并利用Deform软件分析了所设计的组合凹模的应力与位移.从模拟结果发现,外层模套的增加显著地降低了凹模内部的应力大小,并使得各向位移量也有所减小,从而提高了凹模的强度和使用寿命.

Abstract:The scroll extrusion forming is precision plastic processing which is close to the die strength limit,and the die working environment is very bad which requires higher requirement for the precision,strength,stiffness and servicelife of the die.According to the shape of the scroll,the die structure using back pressure principle was designed and the force condition was improved by adding outer mold set in die outer.The Deform was used to simulate stress and displacement of combined die.The simulated results show that the die internal stress is reduced obviously with the increase of the outer mold set and each displacement is also reduced,which improves the die strength and service life.
