Abstract:The dynamic models of Bacillus subtilis E79 growth,xylanase formation and substrate consumption were constructed by using the Logistic and Leudeking-Piret equations based on the cell growth,product accumulation,total sugar consumption,reducing sugar consumption,and pH variation in the fermentation.The data were calculated and analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software.The optimal kinetics model parameters were obtained through optimization and non-linear curve fit by Origin 7.5 software.The results show that the models...
