摘    要:对抚顺新钢铁公司顶吹转炉复合吹炼改造前后冶炼工艺效果的差异进行了对比研究,结果表明:顶底复合吹炼工艺在冶炼终点的碳、氧控制水平较好[终点碳含量为0.06%~0.10%时(质量分数,下同),碳氧积为0.0026~0.0029],终点炉渣组元结构组成方面较合理,终点钢水氮含量较低(约16×10-6)。采用复吹工艺后,转炉终...

Abstract:The contrast research of smelting process effects between before and after BOF combined blowing reconstructs for Fushun New Steel Company was investigated. The result shows that combined blowing process has more advantage in the control of [C] and [O] at the end-point of smelting (when smelting end-point carbon content is 006%-010%, the product of carbon and oxygen in steel is 00026-00029), rational constitute of BOF slag, and lower nitrogen content at the end-point of BOF (the nitrogen content is about 16×10-6). After the combined blowing process is adopt, the molten steel composition and temperature at the smelting end-point of BOF is stable, the alloy consumption is reduced, the finished product ratio of steel composition is increased. Meanwhile the casting blank and rolled metal quality on the condition of top blowing and combined blowing process were studied. The results show that the quality of the casting blank and rolled metal has greater improvement, and the inclusion total number has greatly reduced than that of top blowing process.
