摘    要:可利霉素是转基因工程菌发酵所得的一种多组分抗生素药物,分离纯化其作为主要组分的各异戊酰螺旋霉素对药物分析及药理研究具有重要意义.高速逆流色谱作为一种基于液液分配原理的新型分离技术,可用于异戊酰螺旋霉素的分离制备.文中通过测定不同溶剂体系中目标物的分配系数,筛选适合分离制备异戊酰螺旋霉素的溶剂体系.以正己烷-乙酸乙酯-乙...
