摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司通过实施低温余热回收利用节能改造,利用热媒水集中回收常减压蒸馏、催化裂化、延迟焦化装置的低温余热用作气体分馏装置丙烯塔和脱乙烷塔塔底重沸器热源,减少了低压蒸汽消耗28.5 t/h,年增加经济效益达2 442×104RMB¥.

Abstract:In SINOPEC Anqing Company, the low-temperature waste heat recovery system has been successfully revamped to recovery the low-temperature waste heat from atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, FCC unit, delayed coker by hot media water so that it can be utilized as the heat source of bottom reboilers of depropanizer and deethanizer of LPG fractionation unit. 28.5 t/h of low-pressure steam is saved and annual e-conomic benefit from saving is 24.42 million Chinese Yuan.
