摘    要:在基于复数磁导率检测钢铁材料硬度与材质分选过程中 ,由人工方法确定最佳检测相位角的过程较为复杂。首先对人工处理方法进行了研究并由此给出了基本的直接搜索算法 ;为了提高计算的精确度和减少计算时间 ,依据于非线性规划中的罚函数法 ,文中对基于罚函数的禁忌搜索算法进行了研究 ;作为对现有算法的改进 ,进而提出了自调整权系数的罚函数算法 ,并给出了适用于实际使用的计算机自动处理实现方法。将本算法应用于实际的铁磁无损检测仪器中 ,通过实际应用结果进一步验证了算法的有效性和实用性

Abstract:In measuring the hardness of the work-piece and distinguishing the mixed work-piece,determining best testing angel is very complicated. Firstly,the basic direct research algorithm is given according to workers' operation.In order to increase accuracy and decrease processing time,based on punishing function of non-linear programming,taboo search algorithm is discussed.To extend the algorithm,taboo search algorithm based on self-tuning is presented.As result of application of the algorithm used in a non-destructive instrument,the correctness of the algorithm is illustrated.
