摘    要:为了实现生料磨生产线的全自动控制,尤其是主要设备莱歇(LOECHE)磨机的控制,并实时监控生产过程变量,在运行过程中出现异常自动跳停,达到安全生产的目的,本系统以某公司S7-400 PLC为主控制器在PCS7集成环境下通过对系统硬件,网络组态和运用专门为水泥生产控制开发的CEMAT库里的封装的高级语言CFC控制块如电机块,阀门块等通过外部连接来进行编程生产线控制.在上位机WinCC中画出了生产线的监控画面并与下位机相应的结构变量进行连接来监控整个生产过程.整个系统通过FAT验证,符合安全性和稳定性要求,并在些基础上总结出CFC编程的优势和不足.

Abstract:In order to realize the total automaion for the raw mill production line particularly the major equipment Loesche(LOECHE)mill control,and real-time monitoring the production process variables,tripping the device automatically when exception occurred during it is running to achieve safe production,the system,which is based on Siemens S7-400 PLC controller and in the integrated PCS7 environment is through the system hardware,network configuration and the application of CFC control block of high-level language such as motor block valve or damper block,which is specifically developped for cement production control of CEMAT library package programming through the external connection to realize the production line control.The production line control screen were drawed in the WinCC explore in the host computer and each icon was connected with the appropriate structure of variable-bit to monitor the entire production process.The system was verified by FAT and meet the consistent with safety and stability requirements.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages programming with CFC language were concluded based on these.
