铁路接触网棘轮补偿器性能的在线监测

摘    要:传动效率是评价棘轮补偿器性能的一个重要参数,实时监测传动效率的变化可以用于评价棘轮补偿器的性能。为了分析传动效率的变化规律,以目前高速铁路广泛使用的棘轮补偿器为原型,利用ANSYS建立了棘轮补偿器的刚柔耦合仿真模型,运用该模型进行了棘轮补偿器的静动态仿真;理论分析得到了补偿绳的张力分布,和静态仿真的结果进行对比,两者相差很小,验证了仿真模型的正确性;仿真分析了动态荷载作用下棘轮补偿器传动效率的变化规律,和理论分析得到的规律进行对比,两者较为符合;分析卡滞程度不同时传递效率的变化,卡滞越严重传递效率的变化率越小;提出了一种棘轮补偿器传动效率的在线监测方法,在津秦客运专线上进行了现场测试,通过分析采集得到的数据,对棘轮补偿器性能的进行了评估。

Abstract:Transmission efficiency is an importat parameter to evaluate the performance of tension wheel equipment, real time monitoring of the transmission efficiency change can be used to evaluate the performance of the tension wheel equipment. To analyse the change law of transmission efficiency, taking the tension wheel equipment widely used in high speed railway as the archetype, a rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of tension wheel equipment was built with ANSYS; the static and dynamic simulation of tension wheel equipment was performed with this model; the tension distribution of the compensation rope was analyzed through theoretical analysis. The results of theoretical analysis and simulation were compared, and the difference is very small, which verifies the correctness of the simulation model; The change law of the transmission efficiency of tension wheel equipment under dynamic load was analyzed in simulation, and compared with that of theoretical analysis; the result is well consistent with the theoretical analysis result. The change of the transmission efficiency under the conditions of clamping stagnation of different degrees was analysed; the change of tansmission efficiency is smaller when the clamping stagnation is more serious; An online monitoring method of the transmission efficiency of tension wheel equipment was proposed, field tests were conducted on the Tianjin Qinhuangdao passenger dedicated line, the acquired data were analyzed, the performance of tension wheel equipment was evaluated. The test results indicate that the proposed method can realize the on-line monitoring and evaluation of the performance of tension wheel equipment.
