大电网电能质量综合评估方法及应用

摘    要:文中提出了一种基于短板效应的多指标共同贡献的电能质量综合评估方法,适用于大电网、大数据的综合评估。首先给出了电能质量综合评估流程,介绍了各评估指标,并结合实际对评价等级进行了定义,重点对提出的评估方法的评估指标归一化、评估等级、指标计算及应用进行了阐述,该方法突出影响大的电能质量指标,同时兼顾多指标的共同作用,具有计算方便、适用于大数据分析等特点。利用该方法对某地区电网电能质量进行了综合评估,结果表明了所提方法的合理性及实用性。

Abstract:To solve the problems of power quality comprehensive evaluation in large-scale power grid power, a new comprehensive evaluation method of the multi-target joint contribution is presented based on incentive mechanism. The evaluation process and indicators of power quality are introduced. Then, the proposed method is discussed in aspects of evaluation indicators normalization, synthetic evaluation grades, calculation, and practical test. The new comprehensive evaluation method has the special functions that highlighting the larger influence indicator, easing in calculating and suitable for the big data calculations. Finally, this method is used to the power quality comprehensive evaluation in a certain power network, and the results show its rationality and practicability.
