摘    要:随着300MW汽轮发电机组的增容改造,锅炉风烟系统发生了较大变化,出现了部分辅机容量裕度过大的问题。介绍了根据机组送、引风机热态试验的结果,对送风机电机进行降速降容改造的方案,并对其节能效果进行了分析。

Abstract:With the gradual capacity increase modification for the 300 MW turbo-generating unit,the flue gas system of the boiler draft fan changed greatly,so the capacity problem for some of the auxiliary motors appeared. In this article,a speed reducing and capacity reducing modification scheme for the forced fan motors was introduced based on the hot-state test results for the forced and induced draft fans,and its energy-saving effects were analyzed.
