| Abstract: | By analyzing the current situation of the lack in the integrity of vocational college graduates in employment and possible reasons, this essay presents relevant methods and solutions in the aspects of building a complete moni- toring system for social integrity, increasing the comprehensive qualities of graduates, strengthening integrity educa- tion and perfecting the personnel selection mechanism of employers. |
