油气管道内防腐涂层性能研究

摘    要:油气管道内防腐涂层的失效是一个长期过程,为了研究服役后管道内涂层的性能,截取了某干线服役管段,针对管道内涂层开展了附着力试验、剥离试验、磨损试验、盐雾试验、浸泡试验、气鼓泡试验、水压鼓泡试验和柔韧性试验等研究。结果表明,服役后的管道内涂层耐磨性及附着力较好,经盐雾试验和水浸泡试验后涂层出现轻微鼓泡现象。总的来说,该涂层在服役环境下具有较好的防腐性能,能够满足石油管道的使用要求。

Abstract:The internal coating failure of oil and gas pipeline is a long-term process. In order to study the internal coating performance of pipeline after service, some samples were cut out from the trunk service pipeline. For internal coating of pipeline some tests were conducted, such adhesion test, disbanded test, wear test, salt spray test, immersion test, gas bubbling test, water bubbling test, flexibility test ete.The result revealed that the adhesion strength of internal coating in service is better, and slight bubble phenomenon appears after salt spray test and water immersion test. Generally, the coating is with goodanticorrosion performance in service surroundings, it can meet the applied requirement of the oil pipeline.
