柱形旋流器油水分离效果研究

摘    要:建立了一套柱形旋流器油水分离实验流程。通过改变油水两相泵入速度、溢流口流量等操作参数,得到了入口流速、分水率对分离效果的影响趋势,并比较了二级柱形旋流器并联和串联两种连接方式的分离效果。结果表明,一定结构的柱形旋流器存在最优的入口流速和分水率;在2.8 m/s的入口流速下,二级柱形旋流器并联油水分离效果最好。

Abstract:The oil-water separation experimental process of cylindrical cyclone was set up. The effect tendencies of inlet flow rate and water separation ratio on oil-water separation effect were obtained by changing operation parameters such as water/oil flow rate and overflow rate. And the separation effects of connecting methods (series connection and parallel connection) of the two cylindrical cyclones were discussed. The results showed that the cylindrical cyclone with certain structure possessed optimal inlet flow rate and water separation ratio, and when the inlet flow rate was 2.8 m/s, the parallel connection of two cylindrical cyclones showed the best oil-water separation effect.
