| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的不断发展，关税壁垒对国际贸易的影响逐渐削弱，取而代之的是影响越来越广泛、形式越来越多样的非关税壁垒——技术性贸易壁垒。本分析了技术性贸易壁垒的表现形式及我国难以应对技术壁垒的原因，并在此基础上提出了我国应对技术性贸易壁垒的几点措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of the economic globalization, the influence of tariff barriers is gradually being weakened, and the non tariff barrier, which was known as Technical Barriers to Trade is becoming more influential instead. This article analyses the forms of TBT and the reasons why it is hard to deal with it. And based on this, the author gives some countermeasures to TBT. |
