钟摆钻具带偏轴钻具组合防斜技术试验研究

摘    要:川渝东部沙坪场高陡构造上部地层倾角一般在50°以上,最高达85°,钻井中易塌、易漏、易斜,钻压是平缓地层的30%~50%,由于钻压受到限制,严重影响了钻井速度的提高。钟摆钻具带偏轴钻具组合在相同井斜控制的情况下,钻压可提高30%~50%,该组合应用于天东85等井,取得了较好的经济技术效益,平均机械钻速提高1倍以上。

Abstract:In the upper part of Shapingchang high-steep structure,eastern Sichuan-Chongqing area,the formation dip is over 50°,even up to 85°.Collapse,lost circulation and inclining often occur in drilling.Moreover,the bit pressure is 30%~50% of that in gentle formation.Therefore,penetration rate is hard to be raised.In this study,an inclining prevention technology,pendulum assembly with offset-axes assembly,is developed and applied to Tian dong 85 well.As a result,bit pressure increases 30%~50%,better economic benefits are obtained and an average penetration rate increases over 1 time.
