利用沼气生产城镇燃气的工艺及技术方案

目前国内沼气的高效利用技术缺乏，不能满足产业发展需求，开发出简捷实用的工艺流程和方法，可达到沼气低值产品高值利用的目的。为此，依据沼气的基本特性和天然气管网实际需求，研究出了能够适应各种不同工况的沼气利用工艺技术方案，即对沼气实施完全提纯技术和部分提纯技术。针对沼气产地的具体情况，通过技术经济分析比较后，优选了工艺流程，采用最优化工艺技术路线，使沼气经过相应的净化处理后，直接输入天然气管网，或者与其他燃气混配后进入天然气管网；也可以生产出压缩天然气产品外运，或者制取压缩沼气后外运，以实现沼气利用成本最低化、附加值最大化的目标。

A flow technical scheme of urban fuel gas produced from biogas
