沁南潘河煤层气田稳控精细排采技术

摘    要:“沁南煤层气开发利用高技术产业化示范工程潘河先导性试验项目”自2009年10月竣工投产以来,取得了很好的排采效果。第一阶段共钻40口井,目前单井平均日产气量已超过5 000 m3;第二阶段110口井,目前单井平均日产气量已超过2 000 m3。在示范工程实施过程中,针对煤层气井的生产特征及煤层气井生产过程的不同阶段,制订了合理的生产管理制度,总结出一套既能保护储层,又兼顾单井和气田整体产能的精细稳控排采技术,并在生产中成功应用,避免了对煤层的伤害,排水降压平稳,扩大了压降范围,逐步提高了产量。正是由于精细稳控排采技术的实施,才保证了示范工程煤层气井排采的成功,也为类似煤层气田的开采提供了技术支撑。
