国家级煤层气示范工程建设的启示——沁水盆地南部煤层气开发利用高技术产业化示范工程综述

山西沁水盆地南部（以下简称沁南）煤层气开发利用高技术产业化示范工程是国家发展和改革委员会于2004年12月正式批准实施的第一个国家级煤层气开发示范工程项目。中联煤层气有限责任公司作为项目主管单位和建设单位，积极推进项目建设，2009年10月，示范工程一期150口井气田建设全面竣工投产，达到了1×10⁸ m³/a的产能建设规模。这标志着中国煤层气地面开发正式步入快速发展的大规模商业化轨道，为沁南煤层气的商业开发起到了示范和推动作用，加速了中国煤层气产业化的进程。该示范工程采用现代化的项目管理模式，进行了较好的项目组织管理及工程质量控制，形成了“300 m×300 m井网部署”、“空气钻井技术”、“微珠低密度固井技术”、“清水加砂压裂技术”、“氮气泡沫压裂技术”、“分片集输一级增压地面集输技术”、“稳控精细排采技术”、“无烟煤储层生产特征分析”等8项适合于沁南高阶煤的技术系列，并得到了推广应用。另外还对新材料、新装备进行了试验应用，并制订了煤层气两个行业标准和两个企业标准，对国内煤层气田直井开发具有借鉴和示范作用。
