迎向“十二五”中国LNG的新发展

LNG国际贸易已成为全球能源市场的一个热点，经过近10年的加速发展，我国小型LNG产业链不断完善，小型LNG项目在我国天然气供应和使用中的作用尤为突出、地位日益提升。为此，综述了迎向“十二五”中国LNG的新发展：①首先根据国内外的市场现状与发展趋势，论述了向天然气转型已是世界潮流，同时认为未来一段时间中国无论是管道天然气还是沿海LNG接收站的天然气供应量都会大幅度增长，中国LNG产业前景光明；②进而剖析了我国小型LNG产业的构架，汇总了中国现有的小型LNG工厂--其多建在小规模气源所在地且以本国或本地区用户为主要客户对象，比较我国小型LNG物流模式后认为，采用罐式集装箱用于铁路、公路、海上运输的联运，可以充分发挥各种方式的优点；③还分析了我国小型LNG的市场状况，目前LNG多被用作城镇应急调峰储备、运输工具的替代燃料、城镇居民燃气以及一些工业领域（分布式能源系统、工业炉窑、焊接切割）；④最后对“十二五”期间我国小型LNG产业发展进行了展望：继续发展小型天然气液化厂、建设一批中小型LNG应急储备设施、建立数个小型LNG接收站。结论认为：小型LNG在我国天然气供应格局中的定位应是作为管道天然气的有益补充，实现与管道天然气供应方式的优势互补，以最大限度的满足国内市场对天然气的使用需求。

Outlook of LNG development in the twelfth Five-Year plan of China
