裂缝性致密砂岩气层暂堵性堵漏钻井液技术

摘    要:钻井液漏失是目前制约裂缝性致密砂岩气藏勘探开发的第一位因素,以往的工程实践对堵漏工艺及工程成功率关注较多,而对堵漏材料进入储层带来的储层损害以及如何高效解除则关注较少。堵漏材料一旦进入储层若不及时解除,就会造成严重的储层损害。为此,以“储层保护屏蔽暂堵技术思想”为指导,在评价常用堵漏材料酸溶性的基础上,提出集成惰性堵漏材料架桥与酸溶性堵漏材料填充优势的暂堵性堵漏钻井液技术新思路。通过室内探索性实验,优化了暂堵性堵漏钻井液配方,结果显示:基浆中酸溶性材料与惰性架桥材料加量的比值介于1∶1~3∶1之间为最佳。由此形成了暂堵性堵漏钻井液漏失控制技术,并通过工程实践证明了其合理性。
