汽车后视镜支撑杆无模缩径旋压的研究

摘    要:叙述了用无模缩径旋压法加工汽车后视镜支撑杆缩径部分的过程 ,对其装夹方法、缩径段的增厚、长度收缩、直径回弹、为球体成形做贴模的弧形旋压等作了初步探讨 .提出了细长管近端部缩径旋压的装夹方法 ,有效地防止了工件旋压过程的轴向移动 ;缩径段的受力状态与无模旋压是缩径段增厚的主要原因 ;辊轮工作圆半径的大小、道次进给率及辊轮走向影响了缩径段长度收缩的程度 ;缩径段的回弹同辊轮直径、工作圆半径、管坯伸出装夹部位的长度、活动支承轴与管坯内径的间隙、润滑等因素有关 ;球底部的圆弧线旋压质量影响了球形的成形 .

Abstract:The process of processing the reduction part of the car back mirror support bar by dieless reduction spinning is described.Preliminary discussion is made on the clamp mounting method,thickness increment of the reduction section,length contraction, diameter resilience,arc spinning for the globe forming as adhesive die,etc.The clamp mounting method for reduction spinning of the end part of long and thin pipes is proposed which effectively prevent the workpiece from axial movement in the spinning process.It is supposed that the stress status and dieless spinning are the main reasons for the thickness increment of the reduction section.The working circle radius of the roll,the pass feeding rate and the roll running trend have influenced the contraction of the reduction section length;the resilience of the reduction section is related to the factors such as the roll diameter,the working circle radius,the length of the pipe blank sticking out of the clamp mounting part,the clearance between the movable support shaft and the inside diameter of the pipe blank,lubrication,etc.It is also proposed that the globe forming has been affected by the circle- arc line spinning of the globe bottom.
