摘    要:甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、久效磷是极性大的农药,这几种农药在常规分析检测过程中产生的基质增强效应,严重影响检测结果的准确性,检出限较高,难以满足痕量分析的需要。本文通过采用硅胶柱的吸附、洗脱净化步骤,去除色素和杂质,达到良好的净化效果,同时采用加入分析保护剂的方式,补偿基质增强效应,保证检测结果的准确性。

Abstract:Methamidophos,acephate, omethoate and monocrotophos, with high polarity, have matrix-induced response enhancement in analysis ofpesticide residue in products, which can seriously affected the Accurate quantification and identification of certain analytes. Effectively elimination of matrix effects should be a requisite part of the development and validation of analytical methods in pesticide residue analysis. This study demonstrated that applying analyte protectants and cleaned up by silica could provide a more accurate quantitation.
