往复式压缩机管道气流脉动声电模拟

摘    要:基于无阻尼下平面波动方程与电路系统方程的等价,建立管道元件声学等效电路,运用MAT—LAB/SIMULINK软件,通过施加复合谐振电流源对往复式压缩机排气管道气流脉动进行仿真。并分析了缓冲罐安装位置对气流脉动削减的影响。并将仿真分析结果与转移矩阵法计算的理论结果相比较,发现误差很小,说明采用声电模拟的方法对往复压缩机管道进行气流脉动模拟和分析计算是有效的。

Abstract:Based on the equality in value of the plane wave theory equation and the electricity propagation equation, the corresponding circuit of the pipeline component with electric circuit elements is established. With a pulsation current exerted, the amplitude of pulsation pressure variation in any section of exhaust pipeline is simula- ted. And the influence of the plenum position to reduce air pulsation is analyzed. Compared with the result of the transition matrix method, the electro -acoustic method is proved to be valid.
