摘    要:某铜铅锌多金属矿石其矿石性质较为复杂,原矿品位差距较大,且含有碳质脉石。采用“铜铅混选,铜铅精矿分离,尾矿选锌”工艺流程。调整剂用“硫酸锌 亚硫酸钠 碳酸钠”组合抑制锌,TY—1作为铜铅混选的捕收剂。使该矿石取得较好的选矿指标。

The Flotation Reagents'' Selection for Copper, Lead and Zinc Bearing Polymetallic and Processing Research
Abstract:The properties of zinc, lead and copper bearing polymetallic are complicated. The difference of the ore's purity is large.And there are carbon gangues in the ores. Adopt the process : mix-flotation of copper and lead, seperation of the concentrate of lead and copper, zinc flotation from tail. Use zinc sulphate +sodium sulfite +sodium carbonate as the adjusting agent to contain zinc. Use TY-1 as the collector for mix-flotation of copper and lead. Make the better flotation index.
