普适X射线无标定量相分析探讨

摘    要:在无标定量相分析的基本原理上提出了一种新的无标定量相分析方法,该方法中不需要给出各个样品或各个相的质量吸收系数,试验条件温和,克服了各个样品中都要在全同的条件下进行的问题,扩大了应用范围,用于混合物样品的X射线衍射定量相分析,有利于提高定量相分析的精度。并对3种不同情况下推导出的表达式进行了探讨,结合JCPDS卡中的各相标准谱峰的相对强度分布数据,进行最小二乘方程组的抛弃平均法回归分析。研究结果表明,在各物相质量吸收系数已知或未知时,应用3种物相的混合物所做的实验都得到比较满意的结果。

Abstract:A new standard less quantitative phase analysis method was proposed based on the basic principle of standard less quantitative phase analysis. The proposed method needs no the mass absorption coefficients of every phase or every sample, which overcomes the problems that all the samples must be determined under identical conditions, and thus the determinations can be made under less strict conditions which enlarges the applications and enhances the accuracy of the X-ray diffraction method for quantitative phase analysis of the mixture samples. The discussion about the new expression formula for three different conditions was made by comparing the data with the JCPDS data and carrying out the least square calculation. The results show that when the quality absorption coefficient is known or unknown, the experimental verification of the method with three-phases of artificial mixtures gives satisfactory results, which can be used for actual analysis.
