| 摘 要： | 根据防污整理的机理 ,采用AG4 80及EC5 0 2种含氟整理剂 ,对影响纯毛织物防污整理效果的因素———浓度、焙烘温度、时间及浸轧工艺进行研究 ,确定最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下 ,拒水等级可达到 10级 ,拒油等级可达到 7级。另外 ,测试了按照最佳工艺条件处理后的织物透气性能和撕裂强度

| Abstract: | According to the mechanism about the water and oil proof finishing,we study the concentration,baking temperature,time, and dip pad ding which affect wool fabrics'stain proofing using fluoride finishing agent, AG480 and EC50。 Under optimum processing condition,we obtain a 10th grade in water proofing and a 7th in oil proofing rate。We have also tested the fabric air permeability and tearing strength under this processing condition. |
