摘    要:为解决太钢焦化厂存在的塔后含苯量高、轻苯产量低、洗油消耗量大等问题,在分析了焦化厂粗苯生产现状的基础上,提出了具体的改革措施。主要包括:改善新洗油质量、降低终冷塔出口煤气温度、优化贫富油螺板换热器通道、稳定蒸汽压力、改造洗苯塔后油封槽等。结果表明:改造后,有效降低了洗苯塔后煤气含苯量和轻苯耗洗油量,增加了轻苯产量,不仅为后续工序提供了洁净煤气,还带来了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:There were lots of problems in the coking plant of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co. , Ltd. , ( TISCO), such as high benzol content after treated by benzol scrubber, low light benzene yield and large absorber oil consumption and the like. Provide specific reform measures after analyzing the light benzene production process. Improve the absorber oil quality, lower the coal gas temperature in the outlet of final cooling tower, optimize the spiral heat exchanger and oil seal groove, stabilize the steam pressure. The results show that, after transformation, the benzol in coal gas and absorber oil consumption decrease significantly, the light benzene yield increase. It provides clean coal gas for the subsequent processes and increases economic benefits.
